Since updating to the 18.3.1 update I keep receiving “No SIM card” and “SIM failure” messages and phone is going into SOS. I’ve tried switching on and off airplane mode and restarting my phone. This has been happening for over a week now. Is anyone else experiencing these issues?

You may have had to borrow another phone temporarily, but what did your carrier say when you contacted their support folks about this?

Same problem! When update happened, the SIM CARD immediately disappeared. The same card works perfectly on another phone. Now I have no service. I have tried everything.... restoring all settings and nothing.
