What is the expected battery health for 1013 cycles on iPhone 13 Pro?

Your iPhone is expected to drop an average of 1% battery health per 25 charge cycles. After about 1000 charge cycles you should be at around 60-70% battery health. Keep in mind that everyone’s batteries are different and are subjective to many different factors such as usage and conditions. You should replace the battery at 80%, which you may need to do if you haven’t already.

With a battery cycle count of 1,000.....you could expect that the Maximum Capacity would be in the 60-70% range.

The battery should be replaced when the Maximum Capacity is at 80%, so your battery may be long overdue for replacement.

Your iPhone 13 Pro does not have the official battery charge cycle count, so I don’t know where you got that

3rd party app. There are plenty of them. Most are pretty good.

Cycle count.....if available.....is a more reliable indicator than months or years of use. A user who is really pounding on his iPhone might see the Max Capacity down to 90% in only 5 months for example. If you are counting months, the user would expect the battery to be at 94-95% and would be complaining about his poor battery performance. Sound familiar?

Cycle count.....if available....would always be a better method to determine how well the battery is doing.
