Outlook slow and unresponsive after macOS Sequoia 15.3.1 update

I agree. My Outlook for Mac has become very very slow. Even clicking on the trash icon next to an email gives me the rainbow spiral while it processes. Scrolling down through my email inbox gets the spiral too.

MBP 14" 2021. Sequoia 15.3.2
