If you are moving from an Android phone to an iPhone, you can't exactly restore the iPhone from an Android. You can transfer some data from the Android to your iPhone and to do that see this --> Move from Android to iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
Keep in mind that the Play Store and App Store are totally different. This means Apps you had on your Android won't transfer over to iPhone. You'll need to make sure you have a valid payment tied to your Apple Account, then open the iPhone App Store and download the apps you want and you'll see that not all Android Apps will be available in the iPhone App Store.
