Not receiving SMS code for Telegram verification on iPhone

I have downloaded the telegram and I am not receiving sms code for verification however i am getting the code for on email

For example, when logging into any websites, they send me an SMS with a security number that I need to input into the websites to login. they said the code been send but i never received it. Report the issue to your phone carrier SMS is their feature.
