Autofill not working when Magic Keyboard is plugged in to my iPad Pro

iPad Pro 13-inch (M4), running iOS 18.3.1

When I have my iPad attached to the magic keyboard, it does not display autofill suggestions when browsing in Safari. As soon as I remove the keyboard, autofill suggestions are displayed on screen.
