"Malware Blocked" notification won't go away from my MacBook Pro

Hello! I have a Malware Blocked notification that will not go away. I have tried deleting downloads and clearing browser history but nothing is working. I saw in another thread how to post screenshots of my library and someone may be able to help me identify what to delete. Thanks in advance for any help!

Referring to the instructions you found, About those "<app> will damage your computer" messages - Apple Community, please restart your Mac in "Safe Mode" Start up your Mac in safe mode - Apple Support.


While in that mode, drag all the files with "citrix" in their names to the Trash. There are three of them in the second screenshot you posted, and four of them in the third screenshot. Drag all of them to the Trash, while leaving the other files alone.


Then, restart your Mac normally (not "Safe Mode").


Fixed?


At your option you can empty the Trash.


If you require the "Citrix" product, download and install it again from the Citrix website, here: https://www.citrix.com/downloads/
