Orange microphone dot keeps appearing as “unknown”

Ever since the iOS 18 update, the orange dot to show microphone use keeps popping up as “unknown”. I have my microphone disabled on every single app, yet it still keeps appearing. If I restart my iPhone, it goes away for about two hours and then comes right back. What is accessing my microphone and how can I stop it permanently?
