1Infinite Loop Apple Cash - what is it!?

I see numerous transactions for 1inifite loop apple cash. It does not align with my transactions. For example, I sent someone $15 on Sunday. They sent me $15 back on Sunday. I now have a charge for $14.81, transaction - Sunday!
