Reseted MacBook Air 2020 is not turning on

I tried to reset my MacBook Air 2020 but there is only a white apple on the black screen for hours. I do not believe it should have taken that much time. How can I open it?

Deep press and hold the power button until the computer shuts down. Then press the power button again to restart the computer.

i am starting from the beginning:

I tried to reset it by choosing erase all content and settings and after a while this black with white apple appeared. At the beginning there was a stick that indicates the update is in progress. Then the stick disappeared and the screen remain the same. I tried several times to turn it off and Turn it on again but always this screen is coming back. It is closing. But I cannot manage to open another screen.

i pressed the power button longer to turn it off and tried to re-open it

then I tried as I saw them in the articles

Shift-Option-Command-R or command-r, command r-p

none of them worked though…. I also take off everthing that was plugged in to the computer. I saw one of the articles that says it might take overnight but during the night I assume the battery died i plugged in again in the morning again all I can see that screen

I don’t believe it is still trying to erase… I really do not know how I can bring any other page or screen
