I uploaded the video to YouTube and Facebook, but when it plays https://youtu.be/88s75z0Psb4, the logos are smaller than the video. Is there a way to make the logos appear more prominent in the intro and outtro

No exactly sure what you mean, but: you are using a horizontal video in a vertical project.
You probably want to change the project dimensions.
Press Command-J to open the project inspector, then click Modify. Change from Vertical to what you need, maybe 1080p.
