bought a portable thermal printer, polono D810, and I am unable to download driver. Goes automatically to trackers & won't download.

For your iPhone, the Polono D810 thermal printer doesn't support Apple's AirPrint feature. Instead, it offers wireless printing capabilities through Bluetooth. To print from your iPhone, you'll need to download the "Labelnize" app from the Apple App Store.
Once installed, enable Bluetooth on your phone if it not already enable. Then open the app, and pair it with the printer. Direct Bluetooth connections without the app aren't supported.
For your Mac, you can either connect this printer directly to it with a USB cable, or if you want to print wirelessly (Bluetooth,) you will need to download the printer driver from the Polono support site. Note, according to Polono, printing from a Mac, via Bluetooth, will limit the capabilty of this printer.
