Try swiping up from the bottom of your iPhone to open the Control Center, then tap the Do Not Disturb moon icon to turn it off. Or ask Siri to "Turn Do Not Disturb off."

I believe that with iOS 11 and earlier, you had to swipe up from the bottom of your iPhone screen to open the Control Center. With iOS 12 and later, it has been changed to the top-right of your iPhone screen. I think because the iPhone X was announced around that time and the home button was removed, so the swipe up function was utilized.

The tagline states iOS 18 but then the post states iOS 7, so there is a slight confusion from the original poster. We'll have to wait and hopefully they post back to clarify lol.
