Can't connect to iMessage & FaceTime on iPad Air.
My wife's iPad suddenly lost ability to connect to iMessage & FaceTime. It's running the latest iOS. I've gone through all the typical troubleshooting. I keep getting iMessage activation error when signing in on the App. But if I got to settings, I can't even enter the password to sign in. It's greyed out. She uses both her iPhone and iPad to text, which adds to the confusion. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
