AT&T Wifi in Sweden

I have not had occasion to access AT&T Wifi in the USA with the i4, but while in the Stockholm airport this morning there was an active network that could have connected me to AT&T Wifi. I was asked for a login id and password so could someone explain to me what this is? I normally get Internet in the lounges but none were open this morning and I am now in Oslo.
