Apple Watch is Burning Me

Has anyone’s Apple Watch been burning them? I was on the phone with Apple Care for 40 minutes last night. Waited for a reply that I received today, with the conclusion from their “engineers” that I need to talk to my dermatologist.

Meanwhile I’ve been wearing the same watch on the same wrist almost everyday (except on weekends) since 2020 with zero problems. I noticed the burns on my arm right under what they explain as the “casing” starting this January. I’ve taken my watch off, washed it (different ways) and let it heal before trying it again. It has burnt (confirmed burn by a registered nurse) me at least 5 times now to the point where my arm has not healed in 12 days. I have had the same skin care routine, same body wash and soaps. I have not changed anything but I am getting zero support from Apple. The products including the watches are too expensive to keep replacing. If anyone else has had this problem or knows where I can turn to that would be great.

And seeing a dermatologist is not what I am looking for. Or cleaning the watch since I’ve already tried everything.
