My Apple Watch Series 8 running watchOS 11.1 is charging extremely slowly today. Why?

Are you using the original USB charging cable and at least the 20W Apple power adapter?
Can you try another USB charger?
Did you try to force restart your watch by pressing and holding the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?
