How can I fast forward using my Apple Remote?
How do I fast forward using my Apple remote. There is no circle pad, just the square pad at the top for swiping.

You would use the touch pad to swipe forward through the progress bar (Siri is also an option). The newer remote does have the touch enabled clickpad, which allows you to swipe in a circular motion to scrub through, it is compatible with all TVOS equipped Apple TV models so you can always upgrade to that remote if you find that would be easier.
