Live Activity not clearing on Apple Watch when cleared on iPhone

I have Live Activities turned on for both Apple Watch and iPhone, and want to keep them on.

My sister turned my iPhone off without letting me end the live activity. The Apple Watch is still showing the live activity. When I turned my iPhone on, the live activity is ended on my

phone, but not on my watch.

I deleted the app on my phone, but the live activity is still there. I am not using any music or media apps, it was mirrored from my phone. And I can’t clear the activity on my watch at all.
