I’m looking for an Apple Gift card refund.

I bought a $100 apple gift card, I took a picture of the pin etc. and added it to my account. And then I kept getting error messages popping up, this happened right after EA, Apple, Microsoft etc.merged and I think my iPhone had some third party software or something. Either way it was a hassle and I have a $0 balance on my Apple account. I’m unsure if someone took it, but I know for sure I didn’t spend a dime.

Can I request a refund? Or at least trade in the $200+ I have in my Apple Cash transferred since I can’t use it in Canada?
