Missing ID photo on one device

I have multiple devices including two iPhones and iPad. All using one apple ID. When I open one iPhone or iPad photos, I see my profile photo on top right corner. One another iPhone not - there is default gray icon while account is mine. Any fix?

Photos app People & Pets glitch A few months ago five new people automatically showed up on the People section of my Photos app, except they were greyed out. All the photos in the individual albums were displayed just fine, but their cover picture (which is also the little circle icon on the main page) is greyed out and there is no way to identify which photo that is either. They also cannot be named for some reason, when I go to change their names or assign them to an already existing contact nothing happens. They can’t be removed either which is really what I’m trying to do. I reset and restored my phone and the issue still persists. I absolutely do not want to fix this by backing up my photos into iCloud or something, so what do I do now? Why is this happening?

My photos are appearing on another device and they are not shared I've set up my old ipad with a new apple ID for my son. His account is not logged into the ipad and some of my photos appear in the photo app. They are totally random, not in a shared album. If I delete a photo on the ipad it removes it from my phone. Any photos he has taken on the ipad do not appear on my phone. How can I fix this??
