What is the best iCloud plan for small business owners?

Looking for iCloud storage that would help me keep organized for my two businesses and personal.

I like folders with sub folders, and I also am a retirement planner and take information on a fillable form so I would need this to accept fillable forms to reuse.

In the future, I may wanna share some of this with employee so I would need to share option.
