How can I log into an old iCloud account on a new iPhone with an incorrectly created original account?

I need help. How can I log into my old iCloud account on a new phone if it hasn’t been used for a long time and if the original account was created incorrectly? Is there a way to delete the account from a specific email address on a computer and then create a new one with the same email address, or not? I urgently need this information because I’m waiting for my phone and don’t know how to log in.
