Iphone restarting while attempting to play video on WhatsApp before upload

How do I stop my phone from restarting every time I try to upload a video on WhatsApp (that’s watching the video before upload)

iPhone 12 Pro restarts after being turned off My iPhone 12 Pro running iOS 17.4.1 was having some issues with text messages and I decided to reboot it so I turned it off. It immediately turned it self back on - about 20 seconds after it shut down - without me turning it on again. I have now tried it 4 or 5 times - and every time - it goes back on about 20 seconds later. Is this some bug with the latest update?

Iphone 14 plus restarts every 2 and a half minutes I've searched the problem online and it said to update to the most recent iOS update but it restart every 2 minutes so I don't get enough time to update it

You will need to contact WhatsApp for help with their software, this is not an Apple product.
