how to make a scrolling screenshot in IOS 18

It seems like the Full Page option only comes up in certain apps. I was only able to see the Full Page option after taking a screenshot in Apple Maps, when I fooled around with it just now.

If you want to make a screenshot be scrolling, you can't. What you need to do is screen record --a big thing I do after performing a chat with someone: Take a Screen Recording on iPhone - Apple Support

Using an app like Adobe Photoshop, you might be able to turn it into a gif file and make it be scrollable that way.
