iPhone 16 pro with Nano sim

I need the iPhone 16 Pro with a Nano SIM. For my business, I need a German number. I already spoke to the German provider, and they don’t offer an eSIM yet. Without the option to insert a Nano SIM, the phone is useless for me—I don’t want to carry around two phones.

Is it possible to get the iPhone 16 Pro with a Nano SIM? I tried to order one from outside the US, but they don’t deliver here. Can I get it through the Apple Store?
