GarageBand for iOS - Where is the Browser Button?

Can anyone tell me how to get the Browser button and the Track Controls button to appear in GarageBand for iOS? Everything I've read says they are supposed to appear in the Control Bar on the left, when you are in Tracks view, but this does not happen for me. Here are how the icons should appear (Navigation, Browser, Tracks, and Track Controls buttons)...All I get are the Navigation and tracks buttons. I have been to support.apple.com, YouTube, all over the Internet, and I even called AppleCare, but they could not help me. They said that I needed to go to the App Store, search for GarageBand, and then GarageBand app support, but that is just FAQs, as is the Apple Support app, and so far, I have been unable to find anything about this.
