Home Movies Not Syncing With iPhone

I just did the latest iPhone update on my iPhone SE and I had to remove all my photos and videos and music to have enough room for the update to install. Now I'm trying to put all my files back on my phone. I use iTunes for Windows. I am in the Sync Movies window, where all my home videos are listed. I have checked the ones I want to sync, clicked "apply", and everything else got put back on my phone, but I can't find the movies anywhere. They are no longer showing up in the AppleTV app, nor are they in the Files app on my phone. How do I get my videos uploaded to my phone? These are not purchased movies, they are home videos I took and are on my computer hard drive.
