If you want a second opinion, Servant of Cats is 100% correct. You cannot access an iPhone in any condition from another iPhone. If you have a phone which is broken, you need to get it fixed or buy a new iPhone. Since you're asking about an iPhone 7, released now 9 years ago, it would not be a good investment to spend any money on it. It is outdated, frozen on iOS 15.8.3, meaning it can't run the newer iOS versions and app developers are abandoning support for older devices like iPhone 7.

You cannot access a locked iPhone 7 Plus using another iPhone.

  • If you were synchronizing data to iCloud, you could synchronize that data to another phone, or log into the Web site https://www.icloud.com/ to view it.
  • If you had made backups to iCloud, you could restore them to another device (but note that this would wipe the contents of the device to which you restored the backup).

To get at the data stored locally on the iPhone 7 Plus itself, you will need to supply the correct passcode, and to do that before you guess wrong passcodes so many times that the iPhone enters a security lockout.
