With the new Sequoia update, the VERY important VIP mailbox is useless.
It will show VIP mail correctly for a moment but then reverts to all mail.
This is an issue
For years I have found the mail to be subpar for business the only saving grace was the VIP folder. How can it be such a mess?

For the first bullet, there has been in the past a logic problem where if you have no VIPs in the account, it will just put all the mail messages in that folder. If you add just one VIP it will only show the VIPs. For the second, I’m not sure if a VIP has to be in your contact, But if that’s possible that could be one reason why it can go to spam.
Mail is not sorting correctly!!
