My iPhone 16pro max won’t connect via Bluetooth to my Shokz wireless headphones. My previous iPhone 14pro max connected fine. The new phone WILL connect via Bluetooth to my Libra freestyle device, so why not to my headphones? I have tried Apple support but they have only suggested all the obvious things I have already tried.

Mine didn’t either, it took awhile. Try turning off your Shokz, turn on Bluetooth on your phone. Then hold the volume button on your shokz for 7 seconds and the light should blink red and blue. If just red they are off.
