Sorry, no. Backups do not back up the actual app, only the app data. When you restore a backup it downloads the apps from the app store.

Getting an App:

If you can no longer get the app from the App Store, then see if you can get the app from the Developer.

And how would that work? You would have to install an app profile from the developer, which is essentially hacking your iPhone. If an app is not in the app store there is no safe way to reinstall it.

Apps are never saved in backups; if you restore a backup the apps are re-downloaded from the App Store, so any apps that have been removed could not be reinstalled.

Where to Purchase an App from:

Well, you'd purchase it off the shelf, or on the Developer's site. Ever purchase Malwarebytes from a retailer or from Malwarebytes, itself.

1- is it possible to change the store ( to a different country ) ?
1a- how do i change the store pls guide me. TiA.
2- if possible, will it work at actual location? Any idea ?

You would have to change your country and region, you can’t change just the store. And are you sure the app is available in a different country?

You can only change your country once every 90 days.

You would need a payment method valid in your new country.
