Second Alert in Calendar is non-functional

1. Try to set a Second Alert on any Calendar invite.

RESULT: It does not stick. This feature is broken in iOS 18.3.1.

This would be a great one to fix. I understand that the code has already been written to do so, but just hasn't been checked in yet. That would be really cool. Thanks.
