NOT Enough free space on this computer to back up iPhone. How can this be true when i have 194 GB available on the computer and my entire iPhone doesnt back up

Is that free space available on your system drive or elsewhere? iTunes normally backs up to the system drive, although it can be tricked into using another drive. See Relocate iOS device backups. Note if you use this method the system drive will still need to have the necessary amount of free space before the backup will commence even though the backup data is going to a different drive.

Are you sure it is trying to backup to your computer and not to iCloud?
