MacBook Pro quit downloading photos from Iphone

I previously was able to sync iPhone with my MacBook Pro (yesterday). Today the photos on my iPhone won't

download photos to my MacBook Pro. (MacBook Pro & macOS Sequoia 15.3.1). I only have 62 photos in the library and no movies. I have the iCloud sync buttons toggled on iPhone and MacBook Pro. I turned off both the phone and the Mac and turned them on again. Any ideas please?
