I am in Mexico for 2 months. I just downloaded IOS 18.3.1 on my iPhone12 and now I can no longer make WiFi calls to the U.S. I need this to contact pharmacy, doctors and even Apple Care. Any ideas?

Then you likely need a carrier update rolled out to your phone. My iPhone is on iOS 18.3.1 and Wifi calling works just fine. I will remind you again, that Wifi calling is a carrier supported feature. You need to contact your carrier for help.
Wifi calling is a carrier supported feature. Contact whoever you are using for cellular service in Mexico to see if they support Wifi Calling and if it can be added to the plan you're paying for there.
Thanks, but I have approval of the carrier and have been using it here just fine in Mexico for 6 weeks and it only became disabled after the IOS 18.3.1 update was installed.
