How do I resolve pending payment issue with Apple and credit services?

i’ve been fixing my payment methods and apple has taken more than ₱400 of my credit services and it still comes up as pending even though it keeps on getting money from me

  • View your Purchase History here. That will show what purchases are still pending and must be paid before you are allowed to continue and use the App Store:

  • If you have any subscriptions you forgot to cancel, you can do that here:

I have paid via Apple Services to sub into twitch and it has deducted money connected to my Apple Account for four additional times and it still keeps my payment pending.

Not sure what you mean by "paid via Apple Services". That's not a payment method or conduit.

If you subscribed using Apple Pay on Twitch's website, then the subscription is directly with Twitch. Apple has nothing to do with it, beyond being the conduit for the original payment. After that, your payment method is charged directly. You would need to find the subscription directly on your Twitch account.

If you subscribed directly through the iPhone or iPad Twitch app, then the subscription should be visible on your Apple Account by following the steps in the support document linked below and can be cancelled from there. But again, if it were being billed by Apple like that it would appear as "apple.com/bill" on your statement it would not identify Twitch directly in any way.

Twitch can deny it all they want, but if you subscribed with them, then you need to manage it directly on their website as explained in my previous reply.

The problem is that none of your screenshots or any information provided from the suggested links in the first post show that anything is being billed by Apple. The screenshot you provided does not show the transactions from your Apple Account, it appears to be from another source.

Will Twitch say it is not their problem? Absolutely. You can view your Twitch transactions and the payment method that you are using here.
