Website that keeps appearing in menu bar every time I click on Safari

It looks a little suspicious. It says blob before the HTTPS but it’s from an a site that I’ve used. It always says down below that Safari cannot open the page. This is grayed out on a white background below vIt’s frustrating because I always have to delete it before doing anything else. I have cleared my history.
