Managed Wi-Fi configuration discovered, deleted, three times now…

*I uploaded a condensed version of the profile to avoid any pitfalls with full details disclosed*

I’ve been lurking around these inter webs for the better part of three years trying to learn how to take back control of my digital space, so I’m very much aware as to how this latest “unauthorized MDM” post/question will be perceived by the masses… I decided to jump in and ask my question(s) anyway because many of you ARE very knowledgeable, and I hope there is an actual protocol I can be directed to follow in my use case.

TLDR: suspicious activity has been plaguing my existence in the digisphere, no one could offer any insight which helped and most called me insane to my face. Having given up on seeking traditional assistance methods, I dove into research (and migraines) learning stuff I really wish I never needed to know existed…

Fast forward to two weeks or so ago- I FOUND the elusive, hidden_pofile using IMazing. I didn’t knowingly install it, but for all intents and purposes- it WAS there, and it WAS entirely hidden from any crack or crevice in iPhone settings- even “Device Management and VPN.”

It’s managed Wi-Fi provisioning profile created using Apple Configurator using ABM settings directly from the “how to” guide on Apple’s website. In my case, it’s made to appear as if it is a carrier settings config- AT&T Wi-Fi hotspot management but AT&T confirmed its absolutely not set up through them, nor am I enrolled in THEIR business integration MDM enrollment with Apple. I removed it, victoriously, and watched my console log light up as the device went through command after command seeking to deploy the now deleted profile… but alas. Somehow the phone was back to its old self and it’s same tricks by morning. Three times, I’m out. (DFU restore twice, reinstalled the latest IOS the day of its release.)

I found many more compelling pieces of forensic evidence I won’t bore you with (It’s overwhelming TBH) but… now what?! Here’s where I bite the ball and come beg you veterans for your advice…

My question now becomes… (especially to those who work in the field and have experience in the practicum managing and enrolling/working these MDM provisioning systems,) Is there a protocol, or a specific point of contact, I can now escalate my issue to at Apple Business/Enterprise who will remove this unauthorized profile from the device but also remove my identity from the MDM servers entirely? Do I need a police report first? What can I now do to get some help and finally (hopefully) get some peace via Apple’s channels other than Genius Bar, geek squad, and the advisor callbacks?
