Poor mobile signal on 16 Pro
Tried WiFi calling setup. No difference. My colleagues One Plus works really well showing all bars. Mine iPhone pro 16 shows one dot!!! Please help find a solution. I’m missing calls and calls dropping.

Go to Settings/Cellular and tap Cellular Data Options. Set Voice & Data to 5G Auto.
If that doesn’t fix the problem:
- Open Settings
- Tap General
- Tap Transfer or Reset Phone
- Tap Reset
- Tap Reset Network Settings
This will erase all Wi-Fi passwords, but will not result in any other data loss.
If you still have problems contact Apple support.
Best way:
- Install the Apple Support app on your iPhone or iPad - you can contact support directly from the app, and the tech will have (with your permission) access to diagnostic data on your device
