Contact the merchant and try to cancel the transaction. If you’re too late, request a refund from the merchant. If the merchant refuses to refund your funds, contact the support team at the bank that issued your debit card and dispute the transaction.

Apple and Apple Pay do not play a role in refunds. Only the issuing bank can stop a payment, once they approved the transaction.
