How can Apple justify banning my phone numbers without basis and claiming encrypted messages are spam?

I need your help. Apple banned my phone numbers without any basis and they are posting false information here because they said there is nothing on my account, but my devices have their numbers banned on iMessage and FaceTime and what they claim is spam reports. The question is, if a conversation is encrypted, how do they know it is spam? Did they read my messages? Anyway, it is a crime. I need your help because they claim that they are following orders from Apple globally and do not respect Brazil. It is a simple matter. Your space ends where mine begins. If you did not like my message, you block and delete it. Now a third person has power over my device to the point of banning a device worth 14 thousand reais. I want my money back in my account now.

I want a solution today. This nonsense has been going on for 3 weeks.

It is possible to be blocked if people you message with reported a message as junk or spam, which they can do. And no, it's not a crime for you to be blocked, if anything you've done violates the terms of use to use Apple's systems.

But you're not speaking with anyone from Apple here. This is a user to user only forum, and while you have suggested you want a solution today, you won't get it here from any users on this user to user only forum.

Use the Support button at the bottom of this page to contact Apple directly. Or, if you're in the US, call Apple directly at 800-MY-APPLE.

We really can't help you here.

You need to take responsibility for your actions in sending messages. It seems like you think you are free to send whatever to whoever you want. You can read the Terms of Use for your account here. It is a pretty good indicator you are sending Spam when it has been reported by multiple people.

It is a crime for a third party to have the power to disable something on someone's device. I bought the device with native applications and only I decide whether or not I want to use it. If someone doesn't like a message, they have the option to block and delete it. But at the moment, the person has the power to report it to Apple and the company takes away from me a service that I tried to use properly. Whatever the reason, no one other than me, who paid for the device, has the right to disable the function. You need to guide people to block and delete it. I never thought I would go through this. I was reported for spam. If the conversation is end-to-end encrypted, then you read my messages to decide whether it was spam or not. I would never do something like this in so many years as an Apple user, and now that I'm going through this situation, I want my right to use FaceTime and iMessage to be restored.
