Incoming and outgoing numbers
Why does incoming and outgoing numbers not register when I check to see who called?

I think you're going to need to add a little more detail there.
What do you mean by 'incoming and outgoing numbers'?
Incoming numbers are based on CallerID provided by your service provider. You have no control over this, but even then, I don't know what you mean by 'register'.
Outgoing number would surely only ever be your phone's number, no? (Unless you have multiple phone numbers configured on your phone, but that's not the case for most people).
