Setting up the "Time per Slide" on Apple TV

As follows: Open Photo app, select the album one wants to view as a slideshow, navigate to "play slideshow option, and select the "Time per slide" to customize how long a slide will remain on screen. The issue I see is that thew "slideshow" setting is "gray" and not active; ergo, I cannot locate the "Time per Slide". Can anyone help me out on this? The 5 sec time delay is just TOO SHORT.

Apple TV 4K screensaver no longer has option for how often the image changes. I used to be able to choose a classic style and set how often the image changes. Now I can't seem to find this option, and the images change way to fast. I want it to work like a picture frame, where it cycles through my photos, but it stays on them long enough to actually look at them. Please bring this option back.
