I cant update apps . it comes up with my mums email we used it for apple tv a while back and now when i try to use my apple account on app store it tries to sign me into my mums apple id how do i change this??
it keeps coming up with “sign into the apple id “ and like her password and stuff is wrong !! im just trying to update apps bro help 😭🙏

That suggests the app was specifically downloaded with your mum's Apple ID at some point which is further confirmed by you saying that you actually signed in to her account for Apple TV. That action would have signed you in to her ID for the App Store too and as such the app was tied to her Apple account.
The only way to resolve it is to delete the App, and re-download it with your own Apple account.
With that said, you should never, sign in to somebody else's account on your devices for any reason whatsoever.
For Apple TV, you can share it through Family Sharing.
