Why is my iPhone 13 Pro date and time greyed out?

You either have restrictions within Screen Time or if this iPhone is managed by your school or work's IT administration. If Screen Time restrictions, you need to turn it off entirely. If this iPhone is managed by your IT administration, you need to contact them to do so.

My apologies, you will need to go to Settings > Screen Time > Scroll down to Turn off Screen Time entirely.

If you have turned off Screen Time restrictions and still get that, is your device managed by your school or work's IT administration?

When you open the first Screen Time page, scroll all the way to the bottom to Turn off Screen Time. Do not go to any of the subsequent pages.
