They are phishing messages, designed to scare you into buying tools/software you don't need for issues you don't have.

You do NOT need virus protection on an iPhone (unless you have Jailbroken your iPhone, which is not a good thing to do).

Ignore the messages. Report them as junk. Block them. Don't interact with them at all.

Those are just scam attempts. Simply do not interact and just close out of them. Your iPhone is not susceptible to viruses, and thus virus protection applications are not necessary and are useless.
