Apple TV won’t load on Roku. It keeps going back to home page.

Works great on two other TV's that I use.

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 18

Another user (mygreensocks) suggested this procedure from Roku Support staff, which reportedly helped several users.

  1. Verify that the Roku system software is up-to-date. Perform any update that is available.
  2. Remove the Apple TV app,
  3. Shut off and unplug the TV (or streaming device),
  4. Wait 30 seconds,
  5. Plug the TV (or streaming device) back in,
  6. Reload the Apple TV app.


Else try the Network Connection Reset, as mentioned by user Jarieta.

If the issue persists after that, then please contact the Apple Support staff for further assistance.
