Keyboard backlight settings not showing up

I have a problem which is when i turn on my macbook 2018 13 inches sequoia update

the keyboard backlight turns on normally in the login page but when i log in it turn off and there is no settings of keyboard brightness everywhere what could be the problem and how to solve it? Has anyone faced this?
