Limit Incoming call while in drive focus

Can i limit incoming call while my drive focus is on? It turns on automatically when recognizes Carplay or Bluetooth connection. Can incoming calls be limited with this feature?

Go to Settings search for Driving Focus. When in driving focus you can hit "People" and that will allow you to select which people's calls, emails and messages you'll get notified for. All other calls, mails and messages will be silent.

I have tried adding people or leaving all people off. It will only silence notifications such as msgs. It still allows incoming calls from everyone

You have to also set it up in the "Do Not Disturb" focus which has a setting for do not disturb while driving. It's a bit of a pain to set up (you need to turn on sharing in one of the screens to ungrey the options) and if you have trouble with it then google will probably be the best. The Apple instructions are poor.
